1. PRODUCTS

1.1. All description of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

1.2. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

2. PRICES

2.1. All prices are inclusive of V.A.T. and in British Pounds Sterling

2.2. We reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time.

2.3. We strive to offer fair and transparent shipping rates across all UK destinations. For our Mainland UK customers (England and Wales), we are pleased to offer free standard delivery on all orders over £190. For customers located in Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, and other UK Offshore Islands, a flat delivery fee of £30 applies to all orders over £190. For orders under this threshold, standard delivery is calculated by weight at checkout. Please note that our special ‘Free 30kg Box Deals’ ship completely free of charge to all UK destinations, regardless of your region.

3. OFFER & ORDER CONFIRMATION

3.1. By purchasing from us, you agree to enter in a contract to purchase the goods which have been ordered. A binding contract is formed upon our acceptance of the order in writing.

3.2. We reserve the right to refuse/cancel any order place with us by notifying you by email without detailed disclosure.

3.3. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

3.4. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made with us. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4. SUPPLY OF GOODS & AVAILABILITY 

4.1. We reserve the right to refuse the supply of goods.

4.2. All goods are subject to availability. If goods are unavailable, we will offer you a similar substitute if available, subject to your agreement. If a substitute is not available, we will refund you.

4.3. We retain the right to accept orders and payments if products are out of stock, fulfilling the order upon stock replenishment.

4.4. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you; if the waiting time is considered too long, we will cancel and refund your order.

4.5. We will not be held responsible for any costs incurred due to items being unavailable.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

5.1. All orders must be paid in full at the time they are placed.

5.2. We retain title of all goods until payment is received in full.

5.2. We accept online-payment with Paypal, credit and debit cards or by bank transfer (BACS).

6. DELIVERY

6.1. Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday (possibility for Saturday delivery – additional costs will occur)

6.2. We will not be liable responsible for any losses incurred due to failure to deliver.

6.3. All goods must be signed for and you must confirm the conditions of goods. In case of any damage occurred in transit, you must notify immediately the driver of any problems and the delivery note should be signed accordingly.

6.4. Risk of damage to or loss of the products shall pass to you upon delivery.

6.5. Missed deliveries will still be charged and re-delivery will be charged at the same rate. The final decision as to whether the offloading location is safe will remain with the driver.

6.6. We will not accept any responsibility for subsequent theft of any product once delivered to the agreed location.

7. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS / REFUND & RETURN

7.1. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right the cancel your order for any item purchased on our website at any time before the goods are despatched, or within 14 days of receiving the goods. Cost of return postage will be at your charge and you must take good care of the goods while in your possession. This does not affect your statutory right as a customer.

7.2. If you wish to cancel your order later than the 14 days following receipt of your goods, you will have to provide us with a reason and there will be a restocking fee of 30%. You will be able to return any items using your own courier or alternatively we can offer a collection and return service. The transport cost for the return will be quoted on request and will be at your charge.

7.3. We will refund your payment within 14 days of the goods being returned.

9. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION 

9.1. This contract is subject to the law of England and Wales. A dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
